Like many, I came to the Emerald Coast on vacation and instantly fell in love. But unlike most, I made the leap—packing up my Texas roots and moving my family to the stunning shores of Santa Rosa Beach in 2013. I’m a proud Texas native, southern to the core (yes, sweet tea included), and I bring that same warmth and hospitality into everything I do.

Before stepping into real estate, I spent 14 years as a Sales & Marketing Director for a multi-million-dollar computer software company. That experience gave me a strong foundation in negotiation, strategic marketing, and client service—skills that seamlessly translated when I earned my real estate license and began helping families make their own coastal dreams come true.

My journey has had its trials. I’m a Stage 4 cancer survivor and became a widow in 2021 after losing my husband of 19 years to leukemia. But God wasn’t finished writing my story. In 2023, I married Richard Gann—an incredible man who wasn’t afraid to walk this path with me, side by side.

Today, I’m a proud mom to three grown children, “GiGi” to seven amazing grandbabies, and dog-mom to a very spoiled Boxer. I consider it a gift to work closely with families during such important moments in their lives. Whether buying, selling, or investing, my goal isn’t just to close deals—it’s to build lasting friendships along the way.
