Julie's Story

For Julie, this mission is deeply personal.

After being diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic melanoma, she experienced firsthand how meaningful a small act of kindness can be during treatment. A warm blanket, a thoughtful devotional, a comforting snack, or a simple word of encouragement can bring light to someone walking through an incredibly difficult season.

This outreach is our way of giving back to the cancer treatment centers and communities that have supported Julie while offering hope and encouragement to others who are still in the fight. Read Julie’s Cancer Survivor Journey

Help Us Fill Our Christmas Care Packages

We are currently accepting donations of new, unused items, including:

- Soft blankets
- Cozy socks
- Gloves and beanies
- Devotionals and inspirational books
- Crossword puzzles, word searches, and activity books
- Journals and encouraging notepads
- Motivational gifts and comfort items
- Healthy, individually packaged foods and snacks
- Herbal teas, peppermints, ginger candies, and other items that may provide comfort during nausea
- Lip balm and gentle, unscented personal-care items
- Reusable water bottles or insulated cups
- Handwritten Christmas cards and encouraging notes

* Please avoid homemade or opened food products. Individually wrapped and shelf-stable items are especially helpful for assembling and safely distributing the packages.
